TalkPlus Call Transfer
While you’re on a call, you can easily
transfer it to another number.
 
When you can use call transfer:
  • When you receive calls on your virtual number
  • When you make outbound calls from TalkPlus using the mobile aps
How to use call transfer:
  • Press ## while you’re on the call
  • You hear a dial tone, enter in the phone number you want to transfer to, then press #
    • As you are entering the phone number, your friend hears silence. We can replace this with music or a TalkPlus message
    • The call gets transferred: the phone number you just entered rings, your other phone hangs up
    • You pick up the ringing phone, and your friend will be on the line
Why would you use call transfer:
  • Transfer from your mobile to home phone for better reception, save cell minutes
  • A friend calls your TalkPlus number, or you call a friend from your TalkPlus number
  • You pick up on your mobile, you guys chat for a while, and now you are back home
