Option to use your phone’s voicemail system
instead of TalkPlus voicemail
You have the option to send all voicemails to your TalkPlus
numbers to your forwarding number’s voicemail.

To disable TalkPlus voicemail system on a TalkPlus number:
  • Login to your TalkPlus account
  • Select Profiles link at the top
  • Select “Profile Settings” link
  • Under “Incoming Call Greeting”, select “No message and use mobile phone voicemail”
Specify a ringtone for all the calls that go to your TalkPlus number
You can now set a specific ringtone for all the calls that go to your TalkPlus number.

You have the option to set up TalkPlus so that whenever anyone calls you on your TalkPlus number, your TalkPlus number would show on your callerID. You can then specify the ringtone that is associated with your TalkPlus number.
  • Login to your TalkPlus account
  • Select Profiles link at the top
  • Select “Profile Settings” link
  • Under “Incoming Call CallerID”, select “Show my TalkPlus number”
  • Then on your phone, create a contact for your TalkPlus number and select a ringtone for it.
